The Lexi sedona - Executive employee housing

The  Lexi Sedona- Prefab Solar 2 & 3 Bedroom Homes 

The Lexi Sedona was created by U.S. PreFab for cost effective executive housing. The design and floor plans for these 2 and 3 bedroom homes can be used to build either a 2-Bedroom with a garage or 3-bedroom with carport or detached garage. Four of the Lexi's are under construction in Tennessee. 

The Lexi Sedona features solar energy, 2 decks, a hot tub and 

 bar-b-que.The 3 bedroom will also include a game room.

3-D Walkthrough 

 U.S. PreFab will build its Lexi Sedona houses in 2023, on its property in Sedona, Az. The site is located in the heart of Sedona's uptown district. It is walking distance to town and trails and borders tne Coconino National Forest. It is the best homesite in Sedona. 

The Lexi Sedona, can be built as a 3-bedroom by converting the garage to a bedroom and game room, and adding a carport or enclosed garage.

The 3-bedroom townhomes are 1,200 sf. The designs are contemplated for both affordable housing and/or employee housing. For ski resorts, they create the potential for employee housing during ski season and short-term rental during summer tourist season. U.S. Prefab  is discussing joint development with resort owners. 

Luxury Prefab, Single Family Home

The architecture and design for the Aspen Ian 3-bedroom was created by U.S. PreFab's architect, as a luxury single family home. This home is

 eco-friendly, cost effective with significantly shorter building time than conventional construction. It is projected to be built in Sedona  in mid 2023.

The site on which the U.S. PreFab homes will be built has two existing vacation rental homes. The addition of the companies 2 and 3-bedroom homes will complete the U.S. Prefabs’ vacation rental Sedona development.
